  • Instagram Business Account information
  • Messages and comments sent to your Pages
  • User profile information of people who message you

2.3 Information from WhatsApp

When you connect WhatsApp via Gupshup:

  • Phone numbers of customers who message you
  • Message content (text, images, documents)
  • Delivery and read receipts

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide our unified inbox service
  • Route messages between channels and your team
  • Display customer context from Shopify
  • Generate AI-powered reply suggestions
